Fix from opsen (Jobs that run until GitHub's six-hour limit).

In northwind/infra, jobs in the GitHub Actions workflow .github/workflows/nightly.yml have no timeout-minutes, so a stuck job runs until GitHub's six-hour limit. opsen found 4 runs that hung in the last 30 days, about $17.70 a month.

Make this change:
1. Open .github/workflows/nightly.yml.
2. Add timeout-minutes: 45 to every job that does not already set one. 45 minutes is twice the workflow's usual successful run, rounded up.
3. Leave jobs that already set timeout-minutes unchanged. Keep every other line as it is.

Check: the file is valid YAML and actionlint reports nothing new.
Open a pull request titled "ci: add job timeouts to nightly.yml".

Claude Code opens in the VS Code window you used last. Open the repository there first.

No seat licences

The fee follows merged pull requests, not headcount. Adding engineers never adds a licence.

Capped at 25% of savings

Each month you pay the lower of the pull request count or 25% of what opsen saved.

Nothing saved, nothing billed

If no change applied through opsen is in effect, the invoice is $0.

Every saving is on record

Each change shows who approved it, when, and its monthly value.

Read-only until approved

opsen reads billing and activity, never code, and changes nothing without an owner.
