Fix in your IDE

Fix from opsen (Pull request runs made obsolete by a newer push).

In northwind/web, the GitHub Actions workflow .github/workflows/e2e.yml has no concurrency group. When someone pushes to an open pull request, the run for the previous commit keeps going alongside the new one. opsen measured 150 such runs and 6,230 wasted runner minutes in the last 30 days, about $49.80 a month.

Make this change:
1. Open .github/workflows/e2e.yml.
2. Add a top-level concurrency block that cancels in-progress runs only for pull requests, so pushes to branches and deploys are never cancelled:
   concurrency:
     group: ${{ github.workflow }}-${{ github.event.pull_request.number || github.ref }}
     cancel-in-progress: ${{ github.event_name == 'pull_request' }}
3. If the workflow already defines concurrency for some jobs, keep their groups and add the top-level block only if it does not conflict.
4. Keep every other line, comment and formatting as it is.

Check: the file is valid YAML, actionlint reports nothing new, and no job that deploys or publishes is affected.
Open a pull request titled "ci: cancel superseded pull request runs in e2e.yml".

Claude Code opens in the VS Code window you used last. Open the repository there first.

No seat licences

The fee follows merged pull requests, not headcount. Adding engineers never adds a licence.

Capped at 25% of savings

Each month you pay the lower of the pull request count or 25% of what opsen saved.

Nothing saved, nothing billed

If no change applied through opsen is in effect, the invoice is $0.

Every saving is on record

Each change shows who approved it, when, and its monthly value.

Read-only until approved

opsen reads billing and activity, never code, and changes nothing without an owner.
