Fix from opsen (Pull request runs made obsolete by a newer push).
In northwind/mobile-ios, the GitHub Actions workflow .github/workflows/build.yml has no concurrency group. When someone pushes to an open pull request, the run for the previous commit keeps going alongside the new one. opsen measured 96 such runs and 2,210 wasted runner minutes in the last 30 days, about $137.00 a month.
Make this change:
1. Open .github/workflows/build.yml.
2. Add a top-level concurrency block that cancels in-progress runs only for pull requests, so pushes to branches and deploys are never cancelled:
concurrency:
group: ${{ github.workflow }}-${{ github.event.pull_request.number || github.ref }}
cancel-in-progress: ${{ github.event_name == 'pull_request' }}
3. If the workflow already defines concurrency for some jobs, keep their groups and add the top-level block only if it does not conflict.
4. Keep every other line, comment and formatting as it is.
Check: the file is valid YAML, actionlint reports nothing new, and no job that deploys or publishes is affected.
