Terms
Terms of service.
What you can expect from opsen, and what opsen expects from you. Last updated 23 October 2026.
These terms
They cover your use of opsen.dev, its API and MCP server, and its plugins. Using opsen means you accept them for yourself and for the organisation you connect. An Enterprise order form, where you sign one, takes precedence over them.
Your account
You sign in with GitHub, Google, GitLab, Microsoft, single sign-on or an email code; opsen has no passwords. Keep access to that account secure. Connect only organisations, workspaces and platforms you are authorised to connect, and give access only to people you trust with what they will see.
What opsen does in your systems
opsen reads with the permissions you grant. It changes something only when an owner or admin presses the button for that change, and fixes arrive as pull requests you review and merge. You decide what to approve. Every change is logged with who approved it and can be reversed as described in the documentation.
Your data
Your data stays yours. opsen uses it only to run the service for you: audits, reports, alerts, the changes you approve, and support you ask for. It is not sold, not shared beyond the subprocessors listed on the security page, and not used to train models. The privacy page says what is stored and for how long.
Fees
Audits, reports, single sign-on, the audit log and the API are free. One-click changes and autopilot are on Team: 20% of the monthly value of changes opsen applied in the last 12 months, billed monthly in arrears through Stripe. Nothing saved, nothing billed. You can cancel at any time from settings; the month in progress is billed as usual.
Fair use
Do not use opsen to reach accounts or data you are not authorised to reach, to probe or overload the service, to resell it without an agreement, or to break the law. opsen may suspend access that does any of these, and will tell you why.
Availability and changes
opsen is run with care but provided as it is, without a guaranteed uptime except where an Enterprise agreement gives one. Features may change; anything that removes something you pay for is announced at least 30 days ahead. These terms may change too; material changes are emailed to workspace owners 30 days before they apply.
Responsibility
Findings are measured from what your platforms report and priced at list or the prices you set; check them before acting on them. To the extent the law allows, opsen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
Uninstall the GitHub App, disconnect your platforms or ask support to close your account at any time. Access stops immediately and stored data is deleted within 30 days of a request. opsen may close an account that breaks these terms after giving notice, except where the law or safety requires otherwise.
