opsen reads your JetBrains organisation's licences: the product, the team, who holds it, and when their IDE last checked in with JetBrains. It prices each at JetBrains' organisation list price and finds licences nobody uses.
Connect

What it finds
| Finding | Rule |
|---|---|
| Idle licences | Assigned to a person, no IDE check-in in 60 days, assigned more than 30 days ago |
| Covered by a pack | The same person holds All Products Pack or dotUltimate, which already includes this IDE |
| Unassigned licences | Paid for, current, and held by nobody |
Trials, suspended licences and lapsed subscriptions are left out.
Acting on it
Revoke licences returns the chosen licences to your pool in one click. The person keeps their JetBrains account; the licence can go to someone else or be dropped at renewal. JetBrains only allows revoking a licence 30 days after it was assigned, so newer ones are never listed.
